Download problems
If the files are defective or cannot be downloaded, email chuyiwang@bradovalabs.com within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a working replacement or a refund.
Change-of-mind requests
Because this is an immediately delivered digital product, change-of-mind refunds are not normally offered after download except where required by applicable law. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
What support includes
Purchase includes help with download access and clarification of the included instructions. It does not include project pricing advice, workbook customization, bookkeeping, tax, legal advice, or consulting.
Response target
We aim to reply within three business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
