Checkout and payments
Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Stripe may provide Credenza with transaction details needed to complete your purchase, including your email address, payment status, purchased product, and applicable billing or tax information. Credenza does not receive your full card number.
How purchase information is used
We use purchase information to deliver the product, provide customer support, prevent misuse, issue refunds when applicable, and maintain required business and tax records. We do not sell customer information.
Retention and requests
Purchase records are retained as needed for fulfillment, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, and legal obligations. To ask about your information, email chuyiwang@bradovalabs.com.
